Hi, I’m Alissa!

In the summer of 2009 I studied abroad in Bilbao Spain, and instantly fell in love with traveling. What I love most about it is being immersed in a new culture, meeting new people, and trying new foods.

Since that first international trip, I have planned many vacations in North America, Europe, Asia, and of course Michigan. As I’ve researched and planned my trips, I realized how much I have to offer in sharing my own experiences with you. I hope that this blog will encourage you to explore new places and plan your own unforgettable adventures.

1. My favorite country is Spain.
2. I enjoy working on house projects in my spare time.
3. I am obsessed with watching People vs. Food on Youtube, especially the episodes where they try foods from around the world.
4. I am Certified Child Life Specialist.
5. I have a type A personality and love to make lists, block time on my calendar, and use spreadsheets when planning vacations.
